Last updated 22 October 2026

Who we are

Isnād Institute for Islamic and Linguistics Studies, Masjid al-Tafseer, Nima. For any question about this notice, write to info@isnaadinstitute.org.

What the admissions application collects

  • Your name, date of birth (and the age calculated from it), telephone number, whose number it is, and whether it is on WhatsApp.
  • An alternative WhatsApp number and an email address, if you give them.
  • Your area of residence.
  • Your Arabic reading background, other Arabic study, your reason for joining, and your attendance and study-commitment answers.
  • If you are under 18: your parent or guardian’s name, relationship to you and telephone number, and your confirmation that they know about the application.
  • The time you accepted the declaration and this notice, and a reference number we issue.

The contact form collects the details you type into it, such as your name, telephone number, email address and message.

Why we collect it

To assess your application, arrange a reading assessment, contact you or your parent or guardian, confirm consent for applicants under 18, and keep a record of admissions decisions. We ask only for what the admissions process needs.

Who can see it, and where it is held

  • Authorised Institute staff can view and manage applications. Access to the staff area is restricted to named people.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website and the database that stores applications, and provides the Turnstile check that tells people from automated programs.
  • Resend delivers the notification email to the Institute and, if you gave an email address, a confirmation to you.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

What not to send us

Do not enter payment-card details or upload identification documents through the application or contact form. The application fee is paid in person when you submit your printed application.

Applicants under 18

The Institute confirms consent directly with the parent or guardian before an assessment or class. We collect only the guardian details listed above.

How long we keep it

The Institute has not yet published a fixed retention period. Application records are kept while they are needed for admissions administration, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Correction and deletion

To correct or delete your application, or to ask what we hold about you, email info@isnaadinstitute.org with your application reference. We may need to confirm who you are before we make a change.

Your printed application

After you submit, you can print your application. That copy is yours to keep safe; the website does not store it as a file.
